Joshua Kagan is the founder of Smart Land Investors and Friendly Acres Land. After 15 years working across commercial and residential real estate, he became obsessed with the simplicity and durability of land: no broken toilets, no midnight tenant calls—just real dirt in real places with real long‑term value.
Through Friendly Acres Land, Joshua has bought and sold dozens of parcels and learned firsthand where buyers get confused, where bad deals hide, and what actually makes a piece of land worth owning. Smart Land Investors is his way of opening up that playbook: sharing the same due diligence system he uses for his own money, and making path‑of‑progress land accessible to people who never saw themselves as “investors.”
